Retained Search is an exclusive search model, working in partnership with our clients. Clients will be assigned a dedicated sector-specific search partner, allocated a range of resources, and work to set timescales. Each search programme is tailored to a client’s requirements. This model is typically selected for positions that have strict timescales, are in niche market sectors, restricted candidate pools, are confidential, or are of an executive level.


Contingent Search is a non-exclusive search model. Our industry specialists have existing networks and various recruitment channels to present a shortlist of qualified candidates. These searches tend to be appropriate for clients that have not yet defined a job criteria, are creating a role, have large candidate pools, or have lengthy timescales.
