Branch Manager – Georgia – Building Products

SECTR Partners has partnered with a leading distributor of roofing and products who are looking to expand on their sales leadership team.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Direct full oversight and management of a profit center, encompassing operations and administrative functions.
  • Hire, develop, and guide the sales team while partnering across departments for seamless collaboration.
  • Drive strategic choices informed by trend analysis to uncover high-potential business prospects.
  • Cultivate robust vendor partnerships, using manufacturer insights to promote products and services effectively.
  • Lead a safety-first culture, ensuring every team member understands and rigorously adheres to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements & Skills:

  • A college degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in sales and customer service roles
  • At least 2 year of leadership experience
  • Strong business knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making abilities
  • A valid driver’s license
