Director of Business Development – East Coast – Dental

SECTR Partners are partnered with a high-growth DSO based on the East Coast (US).

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure de novo and acquisition targets to accelerate regional expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with practice owners, brokers, and key referral sources.
  • Lead due diligence, valuation, and negotiation of partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance to develop integration plans and growth forecasts.
  • Track market trends, competitive landscape, and pipeline metrics to refine BD strategy.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare, or related; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years BD experience in multi-site DSO/DPO or healthcare services.
  • Proven in closing dental practice acquisitions and driving revenue growth.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, LOIs, and practice valuation methods.
  • Strong network in East Coast dental markets; excels in negotiation and stakeholder influence.
