Director of Operations – Dental – Southwest USA

SECTR Partners are partnered with a growing DSO based in Southwest USA.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site operations, integrating clinical and administrative functions for efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Lead teams in standardizing processes, protocols, and KPIs to enable scalable growth.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources to maximize profitability and control costs.
• Partner with leadership and practice managers on expansions, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
• Track KPIs, perform audits, and drive continuous improvements in quality and regulatory compliance.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Business/Healthcare Management; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years multi-site operations leadership in DSO/DPO or healthcare.
• Proven in scaling ops, P&L management, and cross-functional team leadership in dental/medical settings.
• Expertise in dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft), HIPAA, and OSHA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence all stakeholders.
