Sectr Partners are currently working with a leading Veterinary group looking to hire a Medical Director to lead their ER & Speciality clinic in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the Practice Manager to maximise quality of care, efficiency, and productivity
Mentor and train the team on medical best practices
Maintain veterinarians work schedules
Ensure that all client concerns are addressed and resolved

Requirements:

DVM
Licensed to practice in Texas
+5 years clinical experience – ER or Speciality Medicine
+2 years leadership experience
