Physician Liaison Manager – New York/New Jersey – Physical Therapy

SECTR Partners are recruiting for a Physician Liaison Manager to drive referral growth for a Physical therapy & rehabilitation organization who are looking to epand their team across the NY/NJ region.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong ties with physicians and practices across New Jersey and New York to grow physical therapy referrals
• Lead targeted outreach: schedule lunches, in-office presentations, and education on PT outcomes and protocols
• Track referrals, analyze trends, meet growth targets
• Resolve issues for referrers and ensure smooth patient flow
• Deliver concise weekly updates to leadership on wins, challenges, and next-quarter projections

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare Admin, Marketing, or similar; Master’s a plus.
• 3–5 years proven healthcare sales or physician liaison experience – physical therapy or rehab strongly preferred.
• Documented success driving double-digit referral growth.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 60–70% within the tri-state area.
