Regional Manager – Dental – Central USA

SECTR Partners are collaborating with a PE backed DSO based in Central USA.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and P&L for multiple dental practices across assigned states.
• Coach practice managers on clinical efficiency, patient experience, and staff retention.
• Ensure consistent adherence to DSO protocols, KPIs, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with support center on recruiting, training, and capital expenditure planning.
• Drive same-store growth and successful integration of new acquisitions.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Business or Healthcare; multi-unit leadership required.
• 5+ years managing multi-site dental or healthcare operations.
• Proven in EBITDA improvement, team development, and change management.
• Familiar with dental PMS (Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and performance analytics.
• Travel-ready; strong communicator and problem-solver across all levels.
