Regional Medical Director – East Coast – Veterinary

SECTR Partners are currently supporting a leading Veterinary group in the US in their search for a Regional Medical Director, to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across a portfolio of clinics along the East Coast.

This role is ideal for a seasoned veterinarian and strategic leader passionate about advancing clinical excellence, mentoring teams, and driving innovation within a growing organization.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical support and medical leadership for Medical Directors and DVMs across the region
• Implement medical SOPs and medical standards to ensure alignment with best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, talent, and business leaders to support clinic performance and growth objectives.
• Drive growth through identifying opportunities for new services, medical programs and continuous improvement
• Drive quality improvement initiatives, including peer reviews, continuing education, and clinical audits to enhance patient outcomes and client satisfaction

Requirements & Skills:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
  +10 years clinical experience, with +5 years multi-site leadership
• Demonstrated success in leading veterinary teams and improving clinical outcomes at scale.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
