Regional Operations Director – Texas – Optometry

SECTR Partners are currently partnered with a growing Optometry company who are looking for an experienced Operations Director to drive organic revenue growth across their Optometry clinics & ASC’s in the Texas region.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of optometry clinics and ASC, ensuring efficient patient flow, staff scheduling, and resource allocation
• Manage ASC-specific processes, including surgical scheduling, sterile processing, and compliance with accreditation standards
• Supervise clinical and administrative teams, including optometrists, technicians, nurses, and support staff
• Ensure adherence to Texas healthcare regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and optometry/ASC billing guidelines
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, vendor management, and strategic expansion in Texas markets

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related, MBA preferred
• Proven leadership in multi-site healthcare settings
• Strong understanding of ASC regulations, optometric practices, and surgical operations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
