Senior Account Manager – DACH – Packaging

SECTR Partners have partnered with a international Label company based in the DACH region, who specialise in labelling and adhesives

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate enduring relationships with current and prospective customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Uncover new opportunities and orchestrate the full sales cycle—from prospecting to triumphant deal closure.
  • Partner seamlessly with internal teams to deliver products and services on time and with precision.
  • Deliver expert technical guidance on flexible packaging solutions, including films, laminates, and advanced barrier materials.
  • Track market trends and competitor dynamics to sharpen strategic account planning and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Craft and present compelling proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Surpass revenue goals and fuel sustained business growth.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in graphic communications or related industries.
  • 2+ years of flexible packaging experience is required
  • Proven experience managing large, complex accounts and leading negotiations
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
