Vice President of Operations – East Coast – Veterinary

SECTR Partners are currently recruiting for a Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize performance across their growing portfolio of veterinary clinics for a leading consolidator. This executive will drive operational excellence, mentor regional leaders, and ensure alignment between clinic performance and organizational objectives.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Provide full operational leadership and accountability for a multi-state portfolio of veterinary practices.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to meet business objectives and fuel expansion.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Operations Managers to ensure consistent execution and strong clinic-level leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and HR to align operational initiatives with broader business goals.
• The role will require 50-75% travel

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelors Degree; DVM strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience, overseeing 40 or more veterinary or healthcare clinics.
• Proven track record of driving growth, improving performance, and leading high-performing teams in a veterinary or healthcare environment.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
