Vice President of Operations – Northeast USA – Building Products

SECTR Partners has partnered with a leading manufacturer of hard-surface flooring products who are looking for a Vice President of Operations to overseen their facilities across the Northeast.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Direct operational strategy and hands-on execution across manufacturing plants and distribution centers
• Champion continuous improvement programs to boost efficiency, safety, and product quality
• Partner with cross-functional teams to synchronize operations with company objectives
• Coach and develop site leaders to build a culture of excellence and accountability
• Maintain full compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards

Requirements & Skills:

• Requires 12+ years of advancing expertise in manufacturing leadership.
• 5+ years of multi-site experience
• Strong financial expertise managing profit-and-loss responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through collaboration and empowerment
• Hands-on success in post-merger integrations, uniting operations, rallying people, and realizing cost synergies
• Big-picture strategist who rolls up sleeves to drive results in the trenches
• Fully equipped for remote collaboration and up to 50% travel
