Vice President Operations – Illinois – Personal Care Contract Manufacturing

SECTR Partners are partnered with a Personal Care CDMO based in Illinois that specialise in Liquid Filling Personal Care Products.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily operations of manufacturing site (Liquids and Personal Care filling).
Manage manufacturing processes and plant personnel.
Implement Lean Manufacturing improvements and efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with State and International regulations (FDA & OSHA).
Develop operating budgets and monitor KPIs.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Lean Six Sigma
10+ years of Site leadership with Liquid Compounding.
Plant leadership experience with FDA regulated products
Significant experience implementing Lean Manufacturing protocols
