VP Business Development – Northeast USA – Physical Therapy

SECTR Partners are partnered with a multi-state Outpatient Physical Therapy company based in the Northeast who are seeking a Regional Business development Manager to drive Sales & Physician referrals across practices.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Drive physician referral growth through targeted outreach, relationship building, and incentive programs
  • Develop sales strategies to increase patient volume from referring physicians and healthcare providers
  • Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential referral sources and untapped opportunities
  • Lead sales team in prospecting, presentations, and closing referral agreements
  • Track referral metrics, analyze trends, and implement tactics to boost conversion rates
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure referral satisfaction and seamless patient transitions

Requirements & Skills:

  • 7+ years PT business development experience.
  • Proven track record increasing physician referrals and revenue across several states
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    Valid driver’s license
